Tom Devoe
My friend and fellow club member just sent me this picture of the pick-up tubes from his fuel tank. The car is a 31 model 54 six. It looks to me like something corroded the tubes, and they look half the length they should be. He thinks the ethanol in the fuel, but I wouldn't think copper would be affected by alcohol. Has anyone seen this damage before and what could be the cause? Thanks!!!
