All true, but every other detail is correct.

I wonder if Alcoa and Pierce built more than one vehicle.

Might I suggest the OP is a factory large Sedan bodied PA,  and the second photo is of same year car in Club Sedan form, but bodied in aluminum. Now as for year, I'll leave that to the experts, perhaps the drum headlights were used because aluminum would not be as easy to from the molded in lights, in which case perhaps both cars are aluminum bodied..
