Wheel cylinder for 1979 Buick Regal Ltd

Having difficulty finding a wheel cylinder for a 1979 Buick Regal Ltd. 4.9 engine.  This car has 9.5 inch drums.  Trying to bleed brakes and bleeder broke off from being rusted in place.  I have ordered 4 different wheel cylinders which are stated to fit this car but do not.  Any assistance on part numbers will be appreciated.  This wheel cylinder has a snap ring type fastener and no extra c type collar on the cylinder.

APC stocks them. Delco # is 18E1294 and Dorman is W37625.

What do you mean by "no extra C-collar"? These wheel cylinders came from the factory with that "C" shaped feature at the top to locate it on the backing plate. Without it there is nothing preventing the wheel cylinder from rotating on the backing plate. The factory parts book shows P/N 18003743 for the rear wheel cylinder.  If you search for that part number, you'll find that the factory wheel cylinder has the "C" feature as shown in the photo above. Perhaps you can post a photo of what's on your car currently.
