JoeShmoe
I've got a New Old Stock Delco light switch for sale. The box was opened fairly recently, so it's not a used "take out". It's in clean, dry condition, I just don't need it anymore for the intended project. Please send me a Personal message, and I'll get you email / phone contact info. Thanks...Joe Edited December 6, 2023 by JoeShmoe sold (see edit history)

1937McBuick
I wonder if Matt Hinson could chime in and tell us if this is specific to 1938 or if it is the same for 37 or 39.
1937-44
My parts book lists this switch for just 1938 domestic models. Carl
1937McBuick
I would have to read my shop manual again, but the 37's headlights do some funky things, might be related to the dimmer switch though. A new switch would be a nice find, but I took mine apart, cleaned and re-lubed it. They're pretty robust with alot of contact points over the various positions.... Seems like alot to potentially go wrong. Mine has a built in circuit breaker, I never tested it and hope it's functional if it needs to be.
