Basically YES and ABSOLUTELY. However, spring rate and strut response to road surface can be firmer or softer depending on ‘WHICH’ model LeBaron you purchase the parts for. Ride hight will be affected by the spring rate as well.  I would choose something like the ‘89 LeBaron GTC which shares parts the closest to the TC other than the Dodge Daytona. You do need to consider if you want a firmer or softer ride when you make your decision.
