Who Used Full Floating Rear-end Assembly's ??

Recommended Posts

Locomobile 48 and 38 used them to the end and we're absolutely known for being robust and reliable.  Dodge used full floating on passenger cars until mid 1922, but had a few weaknesses. If they are not wornout and loose they are better that semi floating.

American Underslung.  As far as I can determine all Americans had full floating rear axles.  In fact some of the information I have seen suggests American developed the full floating rear but never patented it.
