pkhammer Posted July 14, 2022 Posted July 14, 2022 Listing for a friend that has decided to sell his exceptionally nice 1966 Chevy Nova SS. This is a real SS car, not a clone. Local history of this car is known since new. Origianl mileage is 134,201 miles. Car came originally equipped with a 283/powerglide combo and owner HAS THE ORIGINAL NUMBERS MATCHING ENGINE AND TRANS! Engine currently in the car is a new Blueprint Chevy 400hp 350 from Summit racing and a turbo 350 transmission with shift kit. Less than 500 miles on powertrain! Rear end is a 3:08 geared 10 bolt with posi-traction. Body of this car is laser straight with no patch panels ever. The car still has it's original quarter panels, rockers and floorboards. Car is as clean underneath as it is on top! There is one small ding on top of the driver's side front fender. Driver's side door glass has a crack. No other blemishes or damage. The Mist Blue paint still shows very well. The original black interior is in excellent condition with no rips or tears. It has the original bucket seats and console. a set of new digital gauges are mounted under the dash. New parts include: aluminized exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers, front disc brakes, Willwood master cylinder, rear bumper, gas tank and lines, suspension bushings and heater core. This car is clean and very tastefully done. It could be put back to 100% original if desired but the upgrades such as the disc brakes are quite nice. Car is ready to drive and enjoy and should give many years and miles worth of enjoyment. It would be a difficult task to find a nicer example with not only known history since new but the original motor and transmission with it! Asking price for this beautiful car is $56,000. 1
