mickthecat
Can someone ID this, and tell me if it's worth saving, before I give it to the scrap collectors?

mickthecat
Now for the real question: Considering the fact that that most hot-rod / restomod guys are going to switch over to power steering, is this worth saving, or should I just give it to the scrappers? 1912Staver
I bought one a few years ago that didn't have the steering shaft cut for $75.00. To the right person, for parts it's probably a $20.00 steering box. List it for say $40.00 on your local Craigslist and you never know. It's about 30 cents worth of scrap so what do you have to loose ? They work just fine for early rat rod style cars. And those builders are going to fit a universal joint between the box and the column anyway, so the cut steering shaft won't be a problem.
