Here is the complete, five volume set of the Cyclopedia of Automobile Engineering. These are the 1917 editions but include information on cars and trucks from their earlier editions (1909, 1910, 1912, 1915, 1916). Each book measures about 8" by 6" and each contains about 300 pages. The mechanical features of virtually every make of pre-1917 automobiles are discussed in great length ranging Model Ts to Locomobiles (and everything in between!) as well as accessories, etc. There are hundreds of drawings, illustration plates and engraving plates throughout. This complete five volume set has an incredible wealth of automotive information. These were published by the American Technical Society of Chicago.

These appear to have leather covers. The leather covers are worn, but all of the internal pages are in excellent and clean condition.
