suchan
Nice car, good color, but we had a ‘37 Century here for a long while, in similar condition, asking $10K less. Might be a slow sale.

Might be a slow sale. That '37 that you speak of was in the same of better condition. The paint was cracking on some areas on that 37 but I did like the blue paint color and that 37 as well. This 38 is nice bot I don't a $30000 car here. I am a little curious about the hub caps; don't think they're correct
EmTee
Dual sidemounts definitely make a statement, but when it comes to working under the hood I'm glad I don't have them... Nice original-looking car. This is the first one I've seen that actually has the original mahogany colored steering wheel. Not sure about the dash finish; it's difficult to determine whether that's original woodgraining or an older repaint. The price is optimistic given unknown mechanical condition (I bet the torque ball leaks...). Based on just the photos given, I'd be tempted to just carefully clean it up, make necessary mechanical repairs and drive it!

That’s such a nice car at a fair price it sets the benchmark (until sold).
suchan
Dash looks like it's painted a solid color. It should either be the " chevron" pattern in sections with a sort of champagne solid color background, or it should be wood grained, dark cherry/mahagony-toned. Photos aren't the greatest, but the hubcaps look legit to me. A nice $18-20K car, IMHO.
EmTee
Did that '37 ever sell? If not, that's a shame...
Leif in Calif
Needs a 48 star flag! ...What were they thinking?
Marty Roth
Yes, 48 stars, Hopefully the flag is just being displayed, and not being used as a seat cover
