Seller's Description:

For sale is a 1963 Chrysler 300 Sport 2 Door Hardtop. Original driveline 383 2-barrel carb paired with a Push button automatic. 25k original miles* which can be verified. Power steering and brakes. 3.23 rear-end.  Has original interior which is excellent. Headliner and dash are original and in perfect shape. Only paintwork was touch up on rear quarter by previous owners.  Car is all original except prior owner converter exhaust from single to dual exhaust. Original wheels and hubcaps go with the car. These are the only modifications to the car.

Would be a sharp car if the exterior was the color of the interior.  Appliance white just really kills it for me on most cars.  Except maybe the 53-54 Corvette and that's probably because every promotional piece for those seems to have the white with red gut in it.

I like white cars, and this one is very much like the dart that was listed here. Another one of those that I wouldnt have given a second look 20 years ago, but if I had room in the garage and excess in the checkbook I would be all over this one.

 

I have been a GM guy for as long as I remember going back to moms 67 Firebird 400 when I was about 5 or 6. Fords were good, but I wouldnt give a Chrysler product the time of day. I hate to think that I may be going over to the dark side.

Take a flashlight with you and it's not nearly so scary. The Chrysler products from this time period were mostly reliable transportation. Some of the styling can take getting used to though.
