ArticiferTom
Drop pan . You need to lay eyes on screen and inside at least every couple times . Maybe easier to make gasket . You'll have to flatten holes of bolts for best fit . 3
Rusty_OToole
You should be able to get gaskets from Olson's,https://www.olsonsgaskets.com/ or maybe Andy Bernbaum . Unless you want to cut your own or use silicone. Definitely drop the pan and clean it out and check the oil pump screen if possible. This should be done every few years on a car with no oil filter. With the sump and valve chamber clean I would use modern detergent multi grade oil like 15W40 or 10W30. 1
Rusty_OToole
Olson's has the gaskets for your car, I don't know if they sell the pan gasket separately, you will have to inquire. https://www.olsonsgaskets.com/gaskets/chrysler-1924-30-model-70-engine-gasket-set/
