Rad, hood, fenders, front apron and and cowl from one vehicle, cab from something else my guess.

The outline of the radiator badge should be a clue but so far I can’t find a match for it.

Good point. It was outside of an old mill turned antique mall. My wife had a bad reaction to my interest in it so I will try and go back and find other clues.

Does not look that bad. Late 20's early 30's. I don't think it is one of the  " big " brands, more like a Kleiber, Indiana  or a Selden for example. Lots of small makes in those days, it might take a bit of detective work.

The radiator emblem shape says it's a Federal.

The radiator and hood look like a late '20s but the cowl doesn't match the hood.  Look carefully at the license plate grips and see if they don't day White.  the outliine for the radiator emblem is perfect for the White.
