Leif in Calif
Looks pretty good for the price. I bet there's s very good reason that 6 pack intake is nor installed and it has a new 4 barrel. https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/cto/d/carson-city-1965doodge-coronet/7485359913.html Rust Free Nevada car, 383 engine, Runs great, Six pack intake and Air cleaner included, New tires, New brakes, New 4bbl Carburetor, Etc. JamesR
Interesting car in that I almost never see these in convertible form nowadays. I like the look of it. Would six packs have been offered in '65? I don't know why, but I always thought of that as a late sixties option...and mostly on 440 engines. I know little to nothing about Mopars, but the car is neat. It probably won't fit on the 383. I don't recall factory 6 packs on low-deck B engines like the 383. Maybe an aftermarket manifold exists? My guess is it is a factory setup and it fits high-deck engines like the 440 it probably came on, or the 426 (wedge) that could have been ordered in this car but probably wasn't. 2 hours ago, JamesR said: Would six packs have been offered in '65?
