Guest Posted May 14, 2022 Posted May 14, 2022 How frustrating is this ad? https://lasvegas.craigslist.org/cto/d/henderson-1966-gto-convertible-barn/7483709125.html All numbers matching Rust free Been sitting since the 80s Clean title in hand Needs TLC (725)229-2526
alsancle Posted May 14, 2022 Posted May 14, 2022 Based on the gold car somebody needs to drive over there today. Have a buddy that just bought a car of CL list. 1960s musclecar convertible. He was the first guy there and got a deal. Depending on the situation, being first can be a big deal. 1
auburnseeker Posted May 14, 2022 Posted May 14, 2022 I agree someone should go look quick. Really bothers me though that a guy can't take a few more photos of their car. How hard is it? They must think they charge by the photo. Too bad they couldn't require that you upload atleast 5 photos before the listing it active. Then one would have a chance of atleast possibly seeing all 4 corners. Of course I can't say much as the last acquisition I just made I bought from a photo of a different car because that's all the guy had when he posted the listing.
Guest Posted May 14, 2022 Posted May 14, 2022 Really. Two minutes to move the junk off the top and shoot a pic of interior and engine compartment. Would save him the first 30 phone calls.

The seller probably thinks that would be like Marylin Monroe removing her towel and revealing her swimsuit...such a privilege is reserved for the paying customers. 😄 If I was in the market for (and could afford) such a car, I'd send him a note to tell him how poorly his ad comes across.
