plymouthcranbrook
Wolseley 25 hp shooting brake towing a Golden Eagle house trailer, 1950. Looks like it might be a slow trip, especially in the mountains.
Guest
Interesting. I wonder what the contraption on top of the trailer might be?

You have listed the "proper" English term (shooting brake) for what we over here in "the Colonies" call a station wagon, but don't the English refer to a house trailer as a "caravan". Or, am I thinking about what it is called in Australia ?
