Several in my high school journalism class went to SF for a conference in 1973. One of my souvenirs was a tin toy Powell and Hyde Streets streetcar, which I display to this day. Watching it turn around was fascinating. Hm. Between that trip and another high school journalism conference in NYC, and a trip to Chicago for National 4-H Congress, this high school bumpkin was more well-traveled than he thought! 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
