Rack and pinion steering for 1964 Riviera

I want help with ideas to add a rack and pinion steering. Tight and poor angle for OEM steering linkage with LS swap

Most aftermarket r&p swaps, especially for less popular applications, are horribly engineered and usually make the steering worse. Self-designed swaps are even worse. We have no idea of your skills, experience, or shop capability. I doubt you'll find an aftermarket kit.

Why not ask the guy who put in the LS engine? Evidently he knows more about car design and engineering than GM.

Try a different exhaust setup. Ls fot in my son's 79 Impala with headers.

Which is completely unrelated to putting an LS in a 64 Riv chassis.

The 1979 Impala chassis, suspension, and steering have exactly nothing in common with those in a 64 Riv. You might as well have cited experience from a Ford Pickup - it would be about as relevant to the original question.
