joe_padavano Posted April 29, 2022 Share Posted April 29, 2022 Note that the 1969 Cutlii could have come with either the two speed Jetaway (ST300) or the three speed TH350. The latter wasn't released until midway through the 1969 model year. Stock stall speed was in the 1600-1800 RPM range. Note that actual stall speed depends on engine torque as much as converter design. A converter that stalls at 1600 RPM behind a mild 350 will stall at close to 2000 RPM behind a built 455. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
