Electrical Issue 26 Franklin

My 26 Franklin was running great for several years. The other day I went to start it and nothing happened. Horn does not work, lights do not come on. Battery is showing 12.5 volts. Starter is fine. 6v starter.  I have a starter solenoid that is new - thinking the old one might have been bad. I have traced all the wiring and it is all okay. I have replaced the 20 amp fuses. - even though the old ones were okay.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.    Thank you.
