It has dirty covers and some wear. The manual is undated, but I would estimate it is from the 1950's-1960's. It covers the 4- and 6-cylinder (220 and 330 CID) engines used in the C and N Series trucks and P Series vans. $20.00 postpaid by Media Mail in the lower 48 States.
