They are the Buicks from other post. I'm about ready to pull the cam on the 26. Then I will start thee process again with the 1928. Ps- I'm getting my model/years from other replies to my original posts. But if I'm wrong, constructive criticism is always appreciated haha

Leif Holmberg
This is a 1926 Std engine, but I haven´t seen any 1928 engine here.Just wonder why you have pictures from uppside? Why not take from the each side and show the engine number on the aluminum plate on your both engines? Buy the way,do not start a new post each time ,just replay on your questin? Edited April 6, 2022 by Leif Holmberg (see edit history)
Oregon Desert model 45
The coolant return outlet at front of head is a quick way to identify a Buick Standard motor. Master used a manifold over the head with 4 smaller outlets exiting the top of the head.
Jlholman
Man, if I don't learn something new every day, it just wasn't worth getting out of bed. We have been all over the place as to year, make, model... But one thing is absolutely for sure.....she is going to run again. The distributor still turns, the gear for water pump moves, the pistons moved with a graceful flow like one of a wave. The hand crank ingages and the walls....the cylinder walls are a smooth as silk! Un-freaking-real...here are the latest pics..thank God for Marvel Mystery Oil!!
