KarmaBeABeach
Looking to build a new 430 engine to handle being beat on a bit. I know these engines have oiling issues which mods do I need to do to fix that issue?
dmfconsult
Not to take you away from this board, but if you go over to V8buick.com and search this topic, there will be many existing threads on it. Cheers,
NTX5467
It might not be specific to 430s, but my late machine shop operative said that he always built Buick engines, when possible, so that the oil feed hole in the bearing LEADS the load point rather than following it. But the only bearings that would work with are the cam bearings. Just some thoughts, NTX5467
