Steve_Mack_CT
Seems like a decent buy if you cannot see the road when looking down at the pedals. Clean up, sort, drive?
auburnseeker
I like the Nash nose this year. Would like to find one of these in a Convertible or atleast a coupe. Much cheaper than a Ford the same year as well.
Fossil
If someone is missing enough screws to turn this into a hotrod they should be shot. Nice car and the price certainly seems fair enough.

Much cheaper than a Ford the same year as well. A coupe maybe, but pre-war Nash convertibles are virtually do-do birds, not that there were every many to start with. Nash buyers were extremely conservative, not convertible buyers in general. The styling for these 1939-40''s onward Nashes were contracted to George Walker's Industrial Design firm. auburnseeker
I had seen one convertible, once before in a collection of cars somewhere, I believe out west. A bunch of partially restored cars , some projects and a few older restorations. I think it was for sale as well. Maybe 10 or more years ago. I don't recall other specifics, but think it was one of the older restoration or mostly original cars that needed work but it wasn't a disassembled hulk or a pile of rot. I don't recall seeing one since, but then again haven't looked hard either.

auburnseeker
This might have been the link to the car I saw. I have seen cars on this site before but can never figure out if they are legit, or what the real price is. as they usually just have offers. http://car-from-uk.com/sale.php?id=95161&country=us Looks like it was a legit car for sale, though maybe not on or through that site.
