Tom999w
I remember seeing this car sitting in the same location back in 1986, and it still hasn't moved. Sad end to a nice car... Forest finds are always exciting to find. It makes you wonder who bought it new, and how it came to end up in the forest... 1937hd45
Has to be close to 40 ago a Corvette got fished out of a quarry in Vermont, low milage, new car stollen off the lot, joy ride that didn't end well. Saw it at a Vette shop in Bethel , Ct. great story at the time. Edited March 8, 2022 by 1937hd45 (see edit history)

intimeold
The C-3, Corvettes. 1968-82 have a tendency to have rust problems in the frames. Oh, yes all early corvettes can have rust in the frame and birdcage; but You really have to look at all C-3's before buying them. This one in the pic; would probably break in half if you tried to move it. Just let Mother Nature have this one. intimeold

TAKerry
The forest is a fitting end for the white one. It looks like it hit a tree before it was taken there. There was a fellow in my school, a couple of years older that got a new vette for his 16th bday. Bright orange, around 78/79. He had it for about 2 months before he took out a fence row and landed against a pole. He did survive.
