suchan
Gas lines, really ugly, poorly made cars… Good times! Better lop a zero off that asking price. 1
Gearheadengineer
I don’t think the best Bobcat wagon in the world could bring this guy’s asking price. And I sure hope this is not the best one in the world. A few minutes on copart or other insurance auction sites could find what the seller paid for this. You’d think for $7,800 they could take ten minutes to vacuum it out. And maybe take some new pics.
TAKerry
I thought there was an extra zero inserted. My sister and brother in law both had pintos. Honestly they were great cars. I learned to drive with my sisters car. Never really cared for the looks that much. My brother bought a pinto wagon (woodie) with a v6. Now that car was nothing but trouble. It was in the shop more than on the road. He was never so glad to get rid of it. Lastly, one of our neighbors when I was a kid had a brand new Bobcat, black and with gold striping ala Gary Player (or trans am S.E. 😃). She was probably in her mid 30's, blonde and VERY attractive. We would all stop what we were doing when we saw that little black car coming down the road.
supercub
The bumpers are perfect for a tailgating party. Almost extend out enough for Hollywood effect.
John_S_in_Penna
"Love that Bobcat!" the ads proclaimed at the time. People might enjoy this peppy vintage ad with that song:
