Hi Ron,

Yes, you are able to get a Junior and Senior Award in the same year.  However, the only way you can compete for a Senior Award is that your vehicle needs to wins a 1st Junior prior to competing for the Senior Award. If the vehicle wins a 2nd or 3rd Junior Award, it would need to compete again to try and win the 1st Junior before attempting to win the Senior Award.  

It is also possible to have a vehicle compete for a Grand National Award in the same year if the vehicle wins a 1st Junior and Senior prior to the cut off date for the registration of the Grand National Meet.  With the Grand National Meets, only vehicles that have won their Senior Award can compete.
