HPOF or Original class ?

From what I read, first you obtain the HPOF certification, then it’s eligible to go for an “original” certification.  The criteria for HPOF certification used to be 65 percent of car had to be present and untouched just as it came from the factory.  There are new rules, apparently, though I’m not familiar with them.

Your car looks great, what all is factory original on it?

Yes, the class for an original unrestored car is "HPOF". At the first national meet, it will be competing for HPOF Certification. If it receives HPOF Certification, at a subsequent meet the car can then compete to see if it receives the "AACA Original" designation.
