Bloo
It is a late 1930s D series International. Edited January 26, 2022 by Bloo (see edit history)
Marty Roth
Agree with Bloo, the appearance of the grille and headlights, as well as the fender shape and the nameplate on the hood sides identify it as International, and his suggestion of time frame appear right. Here is a 1939: https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3A%2F%2Ftractors.fandom.com%2Fwiki%2F1939_International_D-35_Fire_Truck&psig=AOvVaw29RCoV2BI7djmSCiJUZkQ-&ust=1643311256951000&source=images&cd=vfe&ved=0CAsQjRxqFwoTCPiYsc-R0PUCFQAAAAAdAAAAABAH Edited January 26, 2022 by Marty Roth (see edit history)
