Can we have a "rotate photo" button?

After uploading photos to post, I frequently have a picture that is sideways, sometimes upside down.  I know that this can sometimes be avoided by always taking pictures with my iPhone in landscape position with the Home button to the right.  But, I don't do that for all photos as I may not be planning to post them originally.  So, is it possible to add a button to the image editing screen that allows rotating a posted photo in 90 degree increments?

No. It's not a feature of the forum software we use.
