Broken Motor Arm (Engine Mount) 1923 Four Cylinder Buick 23-4-35

On 1917 Buicks, the mounts are a compression fit.  To remove the engine a spreader bar must be used to wedge the frames apart.  however this will not solve your misalignment problem.

These old frame are like a ladder with no cross frame support.  Any accidents can diamond the frame.  I would use a plumb bob at the corners and put marks on the floor to measure the diagonal dimensions to see if the frame is square.
