mid-30's auto - need ID from its nose

Hi all - the front portion of this mid-30's auto was captured in the lower corner of a photo taken of the building across the street.  The hood ornament appears to be a goose/long-necked bird in flight surrounded by a teardrop shaped ring.  Plenty of other distinct features will hopefully lead to a quick, positive ID.

Yes, a 1935 Studebaker.  Just don't assume it is a Land Cruiser(Not you, Craig) as is featured in the Hemmings article.  All '35s shared he same front styling.
