SOLD: Amazing "Automobile Body Builders and Trimmer Supplies" Hardbound Catalog from the C.M. Hoof Company c. 1927

This is an absolutely amazing book. It is a hardbound catalog dated 1927 from the C.M. Hoof Company entitled "Automobile Body Builders and Trimmers Supplies".  On the front page, it is mentioned that this is the Anniversary Catalog. The cover is hardbound in dark green with gold, recessed lettering. Inside there are about 520 pages full of everything ever needed for any type of coach building or trimming. This includes hard, soft and folding top assemblies, windshield assemblies, door hinges, limousine vanities, jump seats, trim moldings, hardware of all types, fabrics of all types, seat assemblies, top assemblies, landau bars, door latches and locks, interior and exterior vents, paint, finishing supplies and tools,   etc. There is also a section for commercial vehicles which includes commercial body hardware and even bus interiors. All the items are given their own pages with very graphic, crisp and detailed illustrations. All of the items have specifications and dimensions listed. The index alone is five pages. This is a fantastic reference book and it is in excellent condition. There is no damage and the binding is very tight.

I am amazed at all these aftermarket hardware items. No wonder there are always inidentified parts at swap meets.
