Question about Intake Valve set

Recommended Posts

Was looking at eBay (I know, I'm sorry) and saw a set of Franklin 6 cylinder intake valves for sale.

Seller claimed they fit 1916-27: Models 9B, 10A-C, 11A-B.

Is that true?

P.S.  My eBay search also produced several brands of radiator coolant. My question is, should I buy the Original (Green) or Dex-Cool (Orange)? I love eBay. 🙂

P.P.S.  Maybe for Franklins they just ship an empty container.

First off, you must make sure your water pump impeller is in good shape. I've attached a photo of a good one. This will prevent things happening like in my second photo. Also, you'll want to get a good motometer with the Franklin script on it from Restoration Supply Company, They have three different ones for Franklins. I'm not kidding on that one, check them out. www.restorationstuff.com.

OK RansomEli, see what you started!
