BrianG1934
Hello, I am trying to remove the engine in the truck. I have removed the driveshaft and transmission. I am struggling to get the clutch out. Can someone please tell me the steps I need to take. I believe I need to pull the throw out bearing first but can't figure out how. I appreciate any help. plymouthcranbrook
If you don’t get the information you need here you might try posting at this site as it is Mopar for 30’s to 50’s and has an active truck forum. https://p15-d24.com/
Taylormade
The throwout bearing should just lift up enough so you can pass it over the two clutch arms you see pointing upwards in front of the bearing. There should be a spring that holds the bearing in position and you have to disconnect it first. I can post some pictures of my 32 Dodge Brothers DL clutch removal if this suggestion doesn't work. it's similar but not exactly the same.
