JV Puleo
Cadillac. It's one of the Cadillac-Davidson armored cars. Davidson was a reserve officer and teacher at a Military School. He built several armored cars and experimented with them. If this photo was taken at Plattsburg - as the caption says - the army was finally taking in interest in Davidson's invention - prior to that they had largely ignored him. He also built a version that mounted a machine gun on a swiveling mount - his "ballon buster".
