NC-car-guy
Also considering this one. I hear that black seats are rough in a convertible. https://www.guyswithrides.com/2021/03/07/1972-buick-lesabre-convertible/
parkertom
I saw this. Only made it to $6K and he wants $15. Seems like may be open to offers.

Admittedly I was the 6k bid. Ha ha. Wasn't ready to commit fully as I was eying others. I do believe 15 is too high.
parkertom
I am guessing the auction site just doesn’t get much exposure for that car.
Y-JobFan
Looks like a decent car that with some love could be even nicer. Vinyl black seats in a convertible are wicked and in a black car would be even worse., and if you ever wear shorts you will forget and burn your legs when you climb in. Other than the A/C. tinted glass and radio the car is as basic as they come. The wire wheel covers are 1973 and up so not correct for the car, it would have been odd for such a base one to have the wire covers.
suchan
Looks like a car owned by someone who liked its appearance, but didn't actually like to drive with the top down.
lancemb
I would take a black interior in a convertible any day. It just looks better IMO. I wouldn't worry much about the seat warmth. On a summer day, they'll all be hot.

B Jake Moran
I would buy a couple of towels at Walmart and pin them in for driving season. Still warm but a bit better. Doesn’t matter what interior color I have - here in Iowa convertible season is for me late April to late June then Sept to Nov 8. Seems weird but July, August and September are 80s, 90s and humid. Ugh, not for me.
