SIRAACA_Editor
Spotted this photo for sale on eBay - pretty distinct features should make for an easy ID by those who know this era well. Thanks for the help.

The shape of the radiator reminds me of White, but I don't think the fenders match - the fronts stay straight out instead of curve downward, and the rears have a horizontal edge. 1912Staver
Stoddard Dayton ? Nice photo.
modela28
It does not appear to be a Stoddard Dayton. The SD had a very distinctive radiator, especially the two pieces on the front below the top tank that come to a point on each side. See attached photo.
SIRAACA_Editor
Agreed that it's not a Stoddard Dayton, and White seems incorrect as well. I didn't think we'd still be stuck on this one, and I'm still scouring resources for a match.

Chris Paulsen
1909 Garford.
Gunsmoke
White made cars with flat topped fenders as well, including this famous President Taft 1909 model. I recall this is a steam model, rad shell is well forward of front axle. The 1909 White Truck has rad shell back at axle line. An internet search shows White's with a variety of fender styles. modela28
I may be wrong, but I don't think the car is a Garford. The Garford has flat "flutes" on the hood and radiator that have very sharp defined edges. The car in the original post has smoother rounded edges on the radiator and hood shapes. This is obvious to me when comparing the hood former on the mystery car to the hood former of the Garford. Also, the car in the original post has a different radiator emblem from the Garford. Lastly, the Garford has the tie rod ahead of the front axle whereas the mystery car does not.
drwatson
The radiator badge shows enough detail to eliminate Garford, White, Stoddard D. There's also enough detail for a comparison (badge) ID, but I had to throw in towel after reviewing 100's.
