John_S_in_Penna
Here's something a little different, for those who like conversation pieces at shows and with friends. Not mine, it's a 1974 Cadillac with orange paint and an orange plaid interior. The asking price isn't too far out of line at $15,500. Here are some details from the Hemmings website: https://www.hemmings.com/classifieds/cars-for-sale/cadillac/coupe-deville/2518621.html "1974 Cadillac Coupe Deville showing 50,893 miles. I've owned this beautiful Coupe Deville for nine years (where did the time go?), during which I added about a thousand miles to the ticker. I fell in love with this Cadillac because of the gorgeous paint and the outrageous upholstery combination. I runs and drives excellent and has never given me a moment's grief. I'm in a 'thinning the herd' phase -- most of you guys know how painful it can be -- so I'm making some tough calls and putting some of my babies out here for sale. If you have more detailed questions, feel free to give me a call. (Three hundred fifteen) 271.7828. Price: $15,500 Negotiable."
TerryB
I like the color! I had a 1977 Nova Rally in that color.
suchan
Exterior's looking good. Seller's asking top dollar, but no interior/engine shots?
John_S_in_Penna
This orange Coupe de Ville is unusual, but I think it's good looking, if a bit bold. There was the same model for sale a year ago with the colors reversed: White with an orange top. I didn't think that was nearly as attractive:
John_S_in_Penna
The seller of the orange Cadillac has added more pictures. Here are two, showing the orange plaid interior and the common deterioration of the wood grain in the steering wheel: 1
