GeneralMotors
Hello Does anyone know where exactly is the frame serial number stamped, on a 1938 Model K v12. Thanks Rob
charlespetty
On my 1937 Lincoln K V12 Judkins two window berline the number is on the data plate on the driver's side firewall and on the driver's side of the engine block next to the oil level indicator. The body number is located under the driver's front seat. See photos.

K8096
The serial number range for 1938 K Lincolns was K9001 to K9414. The number on the engine block should match the data tag on the firewall. If it doesn't that means the engine was most likely swapped out at some point in the past.
