AB-Buff Posted September 2, 2021 Posted September 2, 2021 Well last month I drove the Lincoln from Tracy to Soquel California and back about a 300 mile round-trip ran great. Then the following Monday I ended up going on a Good Guys run to Sacramento to see a couple of car collections and a tour of Sherm’s customs chrome. Very interesting, the car collections were great. Here is a link to the Kettle Ranch LOC picnic. https://www.americanbantam.com/Lincoln-/2021-LOC-Kuettel-Ranch-Soquel/n-Q8VbHC 2
edinmass Posted September 2, 2021 Posted September 2, 2021 We have a saying.......once you can drive five hundred trouble free miles on a big multi cylinder Classic.........you can drive five thousand trouble free miles. One of the most misunderstood things about pre war cars is.......once you really get them sorted and driving correctly........they stay that way as long as they get enough proper exercise. Thirty miles a month will keep the car in perfect running order forever. 4
