It appears to have been restored awhile back and has been sitting on a shelf for years. The lens and Trippe emblem are excellent. The chrome is extremely nice and will probably clean up to be nicer that it already is. It appears to have been rewired but I have never tested it. It measures about 11" in overall diameter.
