I have had the privilege of meeting, kicking some tires, and having dinner with John and his wife Cherrie when I was out west a few years back. Good folks to know and spend time with. Hope to get back out there sometime. Keep on posting John. Dandy Dave!

John was the first friend I made when I bought my first old car in about 1978, a 50 Chrysler.  He was then president of the San Diego branch of the WPC club.  I think it was my second or third meeting, while I went to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee and a cookie, John nominated me, and the club approved me, as the new president!   Marc Capralis
