Fuel tank '67 Plymouth Fury lll

Howdy, my son just purchased his grandpa's old Fury. He and I are planning on getting it running and driving it home to South Florida.  (It's currently in Missouri.) We're planning on changing out the fuel tank and lines among quite a few other things. I'd like to ship the new tank there before taking the old one out. However, they are available with 2, 4 or no vents at all.  We'll also change the fuel  sending unit. Will it cause problems if I order the wrong one? And is there any easy way to tell which one it needs? Thanks!
