Changing Plugs in a Kawasaki

Recommended Posts

What are you planning to do today?  How about changing the plugs in a 48 cylinder Kawasaki motorcycle.  Actually, there's 49 plugs as there's a separate 75cc pony engine to start the 4.2 liter main engine.  Kinda tough to trace an intermittent miss.  Owned by Roger Dudding in the UK.

Slide 11 of 52: As well as his 420 cars, Rodger also has around 65 motorcycles in his collection. Some are rare and some are less so - and then there's this unique 48-cylinder Kawasaki. Despite the huge cylinder count the total displacement is just 4.2 liters - and because there's a separate 75cc single-cylinder engine required to start the main powerplant, it's really a 49-cylinder Kawasaki.

I thought it was photoshopped....

nope... it exists!

This is one of those rare times that I wish something that had actually existed had just been photo-shopped. As Del Shannon said, "Why? Why? Why? Why? Why?"
