29 Chandler
Here's one from my collection to share. Notice the "Engineering Department" sign on the door. Anyone know the story?
kfle
That is not a 1912 Cole. It is a 1913 Cole Series 9 6 Cylinder Touring. Here is the story that I posted about a few years ago.

Bob Barrett
The "Army Corps of Engineers" was originally called the "United States Engineering Dept.". That would account for the clothing worn by the people in the photo as well as the "Engineering Dept." logo on the car. Edited July 29, 2021 by Bob Barrett wrong theory, failed to read the old post first (see edit history)
