oldcar
In fact not British at all and I will not be disappointed if the Moderator chooses to move this somewhere else. Some of my recent discussion has referred to my Dixie Flyer. Many people reading this will think that I am completely mad. To me my resurtection of the Dixie Flyer "Firefly" was one of my most notable achievements. The attached photographs track its progress. First a photo of an original Dixie Flyer "Firefly Speedster". Next a typical "as Found"! One of the three "Herschel Spillman engines I eventually had in order to achieve assembling one complete engine in fully reconditioned (running) condition Restoration progress, typically I have moved out into the"Carport" having run out of space in my little "garage" And finally "Mission Accomplished". The Dixie flyer seen here outside the factory door in Louisville Kentucky, back to where it started from all those years ago. Thank you. oldcar
To keep in touch with my latest madness you need to look at Lea Francis also under British cars. Messers Lea and Francis both being very English. Bj.
