TheTaxMan
Does anyone have experience replacing their fuel sending unit on a 71 Riviera. I know there are a lot of dealers out there that say they are correct for the 71 but wanted to see if anyone has bought one and it was the correct fit and if so where was it from? Thanks in advance. SBRMD
Damon, FWIW, I have an original canister-style sender that came out of my 58k '71 LeSabre 350-4 when I swapped engines to a 455 with fuel injection and an electric pump. It worked fine. Don't know if it's the same as a Riv, but obviously drives the same dash guage. $50 + ship if you want it.
