I think the glands are similar to what is used on Model T's.  Not sure if they are the same size, but If you want me to check, pm me and I will chec at my shop for my Model T when I get to the shop this weekend. I need a reminder.  Outside diameter is needed. They kind of snap in the head.  They are about $4/set of six. Intake & Exhaust.  Look here.

BOB'S should have them but there should be a few people out there with them kicking around.

What I found in the Master Parts Book

#33884  Manifold Pilot   Models E-H-K-1921-1922-1923  6 cylinder for exhaust manifold.

 1925-1926 Standard 6  1927-1928 Ser. 115 for intake manifold.

#36016  Manifold Pilot   Models E-H-K-1921-1922-1923  6cyl for Intake manifold.

1922-1923-1924 4 cylinder.  1930 Ser. 30 for intake and exhaust manifold.

Give the inside diameter of the port bore so we can check.
