What are the warning signs that the turbo on my 89 TC is going bad, and where can a rebuilt be bought?

Thanks

Jerry

The most evident is excessive light BLUE smoke from the exhaust. But there are several reasons why you don'y get the boost you are looking for.

Please describe the problem more thoroughly.

Continious excessive smoke from the tailpipe. Smoke appears to be white. Plenty of oil and coolant.  3/4 tank of gas. Engine turns over freely, just won't start.

That appears to be a blown head gasket. If you have my number, give me a call
